  Thinly sliced limes
  Thinly sliced lemons
  Water
  Sugar
3 Cups

3 3/4 Litres
9 Cups

Place all the fruit in a saucepan with the water and bring to the boil. Cook the fruit rapidly for 20 mins, or until it is tender. Drain the fruit and measure the liquid. Add enough water to make 3.75 litres of liquid, return it to the fruit in the saucepan and add the sugar. Bring the mixture to the boil and cook rapidly until the syrup sheets from a spoon or until a thermometer registers 105c. Pour the marmalade into sterilised jars and seal.
